valerie s silverman Beth Holland joined Morris & Sullivan as an associate in November 2006. Prior to joining Morris & Sullivan, Ms. Holland interned at The Upper Deck Co., LLC, working in the areas of Contract, Intellectual Property, and Employment Law. Ms. Holland also clerked at Yuhl, Rhames, Yuhl & Atkinson, LLP, a civil litigation firm in Santa Monica, CA, specializing in personal injury and medical malpractice cases.

Beth Holland earned her J.D. from California Western School of Law in 2006 where she was co-editor of the Commentary (2006) and President of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society (2005). She received her B.A. in Political Science with a minor in Communications from Wake Forest University in North Carolina.

Ms. Holland is admitted to practice law in both California and Nevada and she currently represents a number of clients in both jurisdictions. She is a member of the American Bar Association, San Diego County Bar Association, Clark County Bar Association and Lawyers Club of San Diego.
