Penny Ostin practices in the area of defense of residential housing developers in construction defect litigation. Prior to joining Morris & Sullivan, Ms. Ostin practiced Bankruptcy Law.
Penny Ostin attended Loyola Law School where she was a member of the St. Thomas More Law Honor Society. While in law school, she studied abroad in Bologna, Italy; interned with both the Los Angeles and San Diego City Attorney; and, was a volunteer income tax preparer. She earned her undergraduate degree in Psychology at the University of British Columbia in May 2000.
Ms. Ostin was admitted to the State Bar of California in June 2005.
