Gregory Soldner joined Morris & Sullivan as an associate in April 2004, practicing in the areas of defense of residential housing developers and subcontractors in construction defect litigation.
Prior to joining Morris & Sullivan, Mr. Soldner was an associate with Lorber Greenfield & Polito, wherein his practice focused primarily on the defense of residential housing developers in construction defect cases. Prior to that time, he was an associate with the law firm of Perkins & Miltner, wherein his practice focused on the defense of subcontractors in construction defect cases as well as other types of civil litigation including claims based in business and construction contractual disputes.
Gregory Soldner earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1987 from the University of Colorado-Boulder and was named to the Dean's List in 1986 and 1987. Thereafter, he obtained his Juris Doctor degree from California Western School of Law in 1992.
Mr. Soldner has been affiliated with the Building Industry Association of San Diego, the American Subcontractors Association, the San Diego County Bar Association, the American Bar Association, and the Consumer Attorneys of San Diego.
Mr. Soldner was admitted to practice before the California Bar in 1993 and the Colorado Bar in 2000. He is also licensed to practice before the United States District Court in the central and southern District of California.
