Michael Sullivan founded Morris & Sullivan LLP in 2001 with his friend and partner, Shawn Morris. A past partner in the law firm of Wingert, Grebing, Brubaker & Ryan, Mr. Sullivan has extensive experience in mass tort multi-state litigation for manufacturers and distributors of consumer goods. Product specialties include plastics, construction building materials, construction hardware and medical supplies/equipment. He has represented developers and general contractors throughout the State of California for claims of breach of contract, construction injury and construction defect litigation. Today, Mike’s practice areas include business and real estate litigation, construction defect, product defect, insurance defense, personal injury, and intellectual property litigation.

Michael Sullivan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business at San Diego State University. He obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from the University Of San Diego School Of Law in 1988.

Mr. Sullivan is currently a member of the California State Bar, Hawaii State Bar, Federal District Court in California and Hawaii. Member of American Bar Association, San Diego County Bar Association, San Diego Defense Lawyers and professional organizations including the Risk and Insurance Management Society.

Mr. Sullivan is licensed in California and Hawaii.
