Coleen Lowe, Associate

Coleen Lowe joined Morris, Sullivan & Lemkul as an associate in March 2010, practicing in the areas of civil litigation, construction law, personal injury and foreclosure litigation. Ms. Lowe is licensed to practice law in Nevada as well as California.

Prior to joining Morris, Sullivan & Lemkul, Ms. Lowe was a partner with Grace Hollis Lowe Hanson & Schaeffer and its Nevada affiliate, Grace and Lowe, where her practice focused on product liability, construction law, business and employment law. Ms. Lowe has served as counsel for several national and multinational manufacturers throughout California and Nevada.

Ms. Lowe served two terms on the board of directors for San Diego Defense Lawyers, first from 2002 to 2003 and then again from 2006 to 2007 as the organization's treasurer. Ms. Lowe is a former Chairperson of the Contract Council for the San Diego Chapter of CALPASC (California Professional Association of Specialty Contractors). While working with CALPASC, Ms. Lowe provided contract analysis and advice for its statewide membership and conducted seminars on topics such as Mechanic's Liens and new legislation affecting the construction industry. At this time, Ms. Lowe was also a member of the DRI Construction Law Committee.

Coleen Lowe earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of San Diego in 1986.
She obtained her Juris Doctor degree in 1992 from the University of San Diego School of Law.

Ms. Lowe was admitted to the State Bar of California in January 1993 and to the State Bar of Nevada in October 2000.
