They were able to obtain a gross recovery of $120,000, which is sufficient to make necessary repairs.

Will Lemkul and Neal Hyman settled a case against a larger builder in which they represented homeowners in the community called the Club at Madeira Canyon in Henderson, Nevada, where their house had soils and grading construction defects and the builder failed to disclose the conditions where the homeowners were unable to finish construction of their pool. A partial recovery was obtained from the homeowners' pool contractor (that settlement amount is confidential), and a gross recovery of $125,000 was obtained from the builder, which is sufficient to make necessary repairs.
