Michael Sullivan

Biography

Michael Sullivan a co-founder of the law firm of Morris & Sullivan LLP in 2001, is currently of counsel to Morris Sullivan Lemkul, LLP. His practice areas include business and real estate litigation, construction defect, product defect, insurance defense, personal injury, and intellectual property litigation.

A past partner in the law firm of Wingert, Grebing, Brubaker & Ryan, Mr. Sullivan has extensive practice experience in mass tort multi-state litigation for manufacturers and distributors of consumer goods. Product specialties include plastics, construction building materials, construction hardware and medical supplies/equipment. He has represented developers and general contractors throughout California and Hawaii involving claims of breach of contract, construction injury and construction defect litigation.

Michael Sullivan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business at San Diego State University. He obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from the University Of San Diego School Of Law in 1988.

Mr. Sullivan is a member of the Hawaii State Bar and the Federal District Court in Hawaii.

Mr. Sullivan is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Hawaii.
