Our Story
Our firm was founded in 2001 by attorneys Shawn Morris and Mike Sullivan. They are both former partners of Wingert Grebing, one of San Diego’s oldest and most respected law firms. Will Lemkul was previously an associate with Kemp, Jones & Coulthard, one of Las Vegas’ most respected firms. We opened a Las Vegas office in 2006 to meet the needs of our ever-expanding client base. We have continued to expand our reach and currently serve individual and business clients in California, Nevada, Hawaii and Texas in practice areas such as personal injury, civil litigation, construction litigation, insurance litigation, trademark and trade secret claims.
