Biography
Michael Malady joined Morris, Sullivan & Lemkul as an associate attorney in 2018. Mr. Malady advises and represents clients in the areas of personal injury, complex civil litigation, business litigation, construction defect and insurance defense litigation. Throughout his career Mr. Malady has represented and serves as personal counsel to professional athletes, public figures, entertainment companies, hospitality and lifestyle companies, restaurant groups, real estate managers, and developers.
Mr. Malady earned his Juris Doctor from the University of San Diego School of Law. While a student at the University of San Diego School of Law, he interned and volunteered at the San Diego Public Defender Office and Legal Aid Society of San Diego. Mr. Malady also received honors and recognition for his work and pro bono service during law school.
Mr. Malady obtained his Bachelor of Arts in Public Policy from Hobart College. While a student at Hobart College, Mr. Malady was a member of the college's ice hockey program. He earned honors for being on the Dean's List, Conference All-Academic Team, and graduated Cum Laude.
Mr. Malady is admitted to practice law in the state of California.
