Biography
Michael Sullivan a co-founder of the law firm of Morris, Sullivan, Lemkul & Turtzo LLP in 2001, is currently of counsel to Morris, Sullivan, Lemkul & Turtzo LLP. His practice areas include business and real estate litigation, construction defect, product defect, insurance defense, personal injury, and intellectual property litigation.
A past partner in the law firm of Wingert, Grebing, Brubaker & Ryan, Mr. Sullivan has extensive practice experience in mass tort multi-state litigation for manufacturers and distributors of consumer goods. Product specialties include plastics, construction building materials, construction hardware and medical supplies/equipment. He has represented developers and general contractors throughout California and Hawaii involving claims of breach of contract, construction injury and construction defect litigation.
Michael Sullivan earned a Bachelor of Science in Business at San Diego State University. He obtained his Juris Doctor Degree from the University Of San Diego School Of Law in 1988.
Mr. Sullivan is a member of the Hawaii State Bar and the Federal District Court in Hawaii.
Mr. Sullivan is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Hawaii.
