Biography
Chris focuses his practices primarily in the areas of construction defect, complex civil litigation and catastrophic personal injury claims. Chris has represented a wide range of construction industry professionals, including, subcontractors, general contractors and developers in many high profile residential and commercial construction defect and products liability cases.
Chris has successfully represented clients at the district court and appellate levels, including the published case in Gonor v. Dale 134. Nev. Adv. Op. 109 (Dec. 27, 2018) where the Nevada Supreme Court upheld a district court order dismissing claims against Chris's clients and established statewide precedent.
Upon graduating from the University of Florida, Chris obtained his J.D., from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2006. During law school, Chris was a member of USD's national moot court team and was inducted into the prestigious Order of Barristers.
Chris is admitted to practice in all Nevada state and federal courts, including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Chris is also admitted to practice in California and Florida.
